This hotel in Leukerbad is a hidden gem. It offers incredible value for money, with spacious rooms that have amazing mountain views. The attention to detail is impressive, from the cozy restaurant to the well-equipped kitchenettes in the rooms. The hotel is ideally located in the center of town, making it convenient to explore all the attractions.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

When we arrived at Hotel Astoria and I saw it from the outside I wondered what we were in for and my heart sank. I had forgotten about the reviews I had read. It did not look great from the outside but the rooms were very spacious, clean and so comfortable. All the staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. We ate our meal in the hotel the first night of our two night stay and the food was delicious and perfectly cooked. I could not have asked for a better meal. The breakfast which was included in our price was also a generous buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Welcoming management, large rooms, reasonable rates. This is a great choice for staying in Leukerbad. We will certainly return.

Nice and helpful staff (with at least one Italian speaker), private parking, lift, free WiFi (which somewhat worked even in my room). Reasonably central position but still reachable by car.

There are no blinds on the window, and the combination of tents and carpets can make it a nightmare for people allergic to dust.

This hotel provided great value for money with its spacious and clean rooms. We loved the amazing mountain views from our room on the fourth floor, especially while enjoying breakfast in the morning. The staff were warm-hearted and helpful, keeping us informed about the status of the snowpark. The hotel's central location near the centre of the town made it convenient for exploring.

Everything was just perfect!

We have stayed at this hotel before and were so impressed that we came back with three family members! The rooms are spacious, clean, wonderful views from the balcony and each room had a kitchenette with fridge, kettle etc...a real bonus when you are travelling with young children. The breakfast buffet was varied & delicious, and we also had a fantastic evening meal in the hotel restaurant. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. the attention to detail in the decor was impeccable. From the charming old-fashioned furnishings to the spacious rooms on the fourth floor with amazing mountain views, every aspect was thoughtfully designed. Additionally, the location of this hotel near the centre of town was perfect for exploring all that Leukerbad has to offer. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with warm-hearted and helpful employees who made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfasts were a highlight, with a great variety of delicious foods to enjoy.

A really reasonably priced hotel--comfortable with very spacious rooms and kitchenettes are nice if you plan on staying several days.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of everything, including the cable car and spa. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the on-site parking.

Absolutely nothing.

Friendly owners, Large comfortable, clean room with a small kirtchen. There was a good breakfast available and the hotel was in a good location.

The bed was not comfrtable at all and I came back with pain back.
